On Sunday, January 3, 2021, Wounded Warrior Ohana hosted a holiday gala drive-through event which replaced its normal holiday dinner. The 40 families were greeted by Santa and Disney characters and all 84 children received personal Christmas gifts, Christmas stockings and toys from Toys for Tots. Families were also provided restaurant gift cards, Foodland gift cards, beverages, games, cookies and much more. Mahalo to all of the organizations who provided support, resources, donations and discounts to make the event a success. And, Mahalo to Iolani School’s Raiders for Wounded Warriors who provided the hundreds of gifts for the children.
