Wounded Warrior Ohana hosted 152 wounded warriors and their families at the Paradise Cove Luau in Ko’olina Resort. It was a spectacular evening with a delicious Hawaiian buffet dinner, Hawaiian crafts, beautiful music, lovely hula and an exciting fire knife dance. We even witnessed the International Space Station passing by overhead. All in all a great evening for our wounded warriors!

It was a bittersweet evening, as it was the last event in Hawaii for our beloved Board Member Gene Peles and his wife, Karin, who moved back to the mainland. Gene will continue on as a board member.
A fun hukilau ceremony took place right on the beach.
